中石化突圍要射兩箭 | 上市公司 | 股市 | 聯合新聞網
中石化（1本季優惠活動314）昨（24）日舉行股東會，通過每股擬派發股利1元，其中股票股利及現金股息各半，此為近六年來，中石化首度大力推薦CP值爆表配發股利。展望今年，中石化董事長林克銘對於市況看法保守，他表示美中貿易衝突、加上大陸同業擴增C特惠組合享好禮PL和AN產能逐漸開出，使產業景氣的不確定性升高。中石化接下來將以「石化本業」＋非逛不可僅此一檔「土地開發」雙主軸應戰。. } }); } 石化本業方面，中石化要推出高品質產品、優化現有營運能力、建立海外一貫化生產基地、並逐步導入AI技術到生產線。土地開發方面，中石化積極規劃及活化公司國內土地資產，其中位在高雄多功能經貿園區的第五特別區及第六特別區，將隨高雄市政府推動亞洲新灣區建設及205兵工廠的遷移時程，推動相關開發計畫。中石化也前進海外，利用大陸一帶一路戰略及東南亞新興市場崛起的契機，布局越南、緬甸等具投資潛力的地區，擬在當地進行土地開發計畫。中石化的主力產品己內醯胺（CPL）和丙烯睛（AN）去年前三季獲利穩健，但第4季受到美中貿易衝突加劇，衝擊下游市場需求，客戶提貨意願急凍，加上主原料苯酚價格維持高檔，壓縮公司獲利。中石化去年稅後純益42.8億元，年減三成，換算每股純益1.59元。不過為了回饋股東，中石化昨天股東會通過每股配發1元股利，包含股票及現金各0.5元。

下月結婚！準新娘小睡竟叫不醒　醫見電腦斷層秒沉默…
突如其來的噩耗！1名準新娘婚前1個月突感到頭痛，便決定到床團購熱門商品網拍熱門商品上小睡一下，不久後家人前去叫醒她，竟發現她「怎麼叫都叫不醒」，緊急將她送醫急救，醫生見到腦部影像後，便曝光殘忍真相，讓準新娘的家人當場崩潰，一旁的未婚夫更是忍不住痛哭失聲。根據《鍵盤大檸檬》轉載《醫生好忙！：看診、巡房開刀之外，詼諧又真實的醫界人生》的內文可見，替該名新娘診治的醫生表示，這名女子原預計要步入禮堂，但婚前1個月她突然感到頭很痛，下班後便決定小睡一下，由於睡眠時間過長，家人便試圖叫醒她，未料女子竟「完全叫不醒」，家人察覺不對勁，立刻將她送醫急救。就醫後經家屬同意，醫生先進行緊急插管，接著便安排電腦斷層及血管攝影，但是看到該名女子腦部影像的那一刻，醫生們卻都沉默不語，原來女子的腦幹大量出血，隨著腦壓上升、心跳也愈跳愈慢，就算期間不斷給予治療，她症狀仍不見好轉，醫生隨後誠實告知女子家人及未婚夫，「你們要有心理準備，她很可能回不來了…」家人接獲噩耗後悲痛萬分，未婚夫更是當場痛哭失聲，不斷懇求「有什麼藥可以救她嗎？全部自費都可以，拜託你們了」、「開刀有辦法嗎？」、「轉院試試看呢？」但醫生解釋，以女子目前的病況來看，就算救回來十之八九也會是植物人，最後家屬經過思考後，才忍痛決定讓準新娘離開人世。
